NON-REIMBURSABLE TECHNICAL COOPERATION NO. ATN/FP-14161-GY-FOREST CARBON PARTNERSHIP FACILITY PROJECT IN GUYANA
The Government of Guyana/Ministry of Natural Resources has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), agreement have been met as of the date of the evaluation. The review will also identify major bottlenecks, toward the cost of the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) REDD+ readiness Project in Guyana, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consulting to conduct the mid-term review of The Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) REDD+ Readiness Project in Guyana.
MID TERM REVIEW CONSULTANT
The objective of the consultancy:
The objective of this assignment is to conduct the mid-term review of The Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) REDD+ Readiness Project in Guyana. The review will verify compliance with the performance indicators and objectives as defined in the Technical Corporation make recommendation on how to address them, and update the Risk Analysis Matrix.
The Ministry of Natural Resources now invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services and must include a Curriculum Vitae. The work of the Consultant is expected to be conducted over 30 days (LOE) over a ninety (90) days duration starting in September, 2018 and ending in November, 2018.
The Individual consultant will be selected in accordance with International Individual Consultant Selection Based on Qualifications (IICQ) method set out in in the Policies for the Selection and Contracting of Consultants financed by the Inter-American Development Bank GN-2350-9.
