Minister of Natural Resources, Honourable Raplael Trotman was invited to gave an opening statement before the COMMISSION OF INQUIRY INTO THE CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES FACING VETERANS OF THE GUYANA DEFENCE FORCE, GUYANA PEOPLES MILITIA, AND THE GUYANA NATIONAL SERVICE.
